Monday, June 6, 2022

8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m: Breakfast, Los Angeles Ballroom Foyer
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m: Breakout Sessions
10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m: Breakout Sessions
11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m: Lunch, Los Angeles Ballroom Foyer
1:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m: Breakout Sessions
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m: Breakout Sessions

5:50 p.m: Bus Pick Up in Lobby to Final Night Reception
- Please gather in the lobby for a planned departure of 6 p.m. We will direct you to the motorcoaches that will be staged on the Avenue of the Stars.

8 p.m: Bus Loops to Fairmont Century Plaza Begin

Tuesday, June 7, 2022

8 a.m: Check Out of Hotel
- Note: In preparation for departing the hotel room by 11 a.m., luggage can be stored in the Galaxy conference room.
8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m: Breakfast, Los Angeles Ballroom Foyer
9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m: Closing Session

HOTEL & TRANSPORTATION

Surrounded by West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and beach cities, the Fairmont Century Plaza is truly in the center of it all. The hotel is located approximately 30-40 minutes from LAX Airport and if you are driving, the hotel offers valet parking for $71.50 per night. Otherwise, you can take a taxi or Uber/Lyft to the hotel.

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 11 a.m.

REGISTRATION & NETWORKING SUITE

On arrival, after you check in at the hotel, visit the networking suite and registration, located in the Zenith Room, to pick up your event badge. The Zenith Room will also be home to the networking suite which will serve as a place to connect, network and recharge. The room is located on Level P2 and open on the following dates and times:

June 5: 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
June 6: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
June 7: 8 a.m. – Noon

EVENT APP

We invite you to download the Engage event app and fill in your member profile prior to your arrival onsite for the full experience. The app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play store. Instructions and links are below.

How to Get the Event App:

On your mobile device, download the “Spaces by Wix” app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
- The app icon will look like this:
At the bottom of your screen select “Got an invite code?”
Enter our event invite code: “CBGL22”
Click “Join”
Sign up with your email address or connect an existing Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Create a password
Fill in your profile name and add a photo, if you choose.

How to create a shortcut to the event app on your Home Screen:

Navigate to the “My Sites” tab at the bottom of your screen.
Click the three dots at the top right of your screen.
Select “Add to device home screen” and follow the instructions that appear
Select the Share Icon at the bottom of the screen
Select “Add to Home Screen”
Then, on your device’s home screen, you’ll see the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury logo that will bring you straight to the event app every time you select it.

Matchmaking Sessions Information:

Our last session of the day is what we are calling matchmaking, or elite agent connection. It’s a chance for you to connect and meet other agents in regions that matter most to your business. Whether you are looking to expand your referral network, or learn about a new locale – this session is designed with you in mind. We encourage you to bring marketing materials or items that you think would be valuable to share with other agents.

Should you wish to personalize your experience for the matchmaking session prior to arrival, feel free to fill out this form and one of our room leaders will assist during that session.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Currently, the State of California and the Fairmont Century Plaza do not have vaccination requirements in place. Masks are also not required but encouraged. Your health and safety remain our top priority, so we have spent a lot of time with experts in the industry, as well as our hosts at Fairmont Century Plaza, to make sure that we can deliver a high-value event that also adheres to the recommended safety standards.

However, the final night venue, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures requires proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID PCR test taken up to 72 hours prior to arrival (Friday, June 3, 2022). Visitors are required to show a picture ID in association with their vaccination or test details. The Academy will accept a digital, QR code link, paper or copy of the vaccination card.

MEALS

Sunday's Welcome Reception will include light reception-style food offerings and cocktails. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday and breakfast will be provided on Tuesday. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant which you can find here.

ATTIRE

There is no specific dress code for the event, but we do suggest packing comfortable shoes for navigating the hotel. Please note that Monday’s reception will be held outdoors at the Dolby Family Terrace at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. You are invited to dress up for the occasion if you wish.

MATCHMAKING

In the afternoon of June 6, we’ll host a matchmaking session which will allow you to meet, connect and strategize with agents by region (East Coast & Central, West Coast & Hawaii, and International).
