What is Engage?

The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program is pleased to announce their first-ever in-person summit, Engage. This exclusive event for Luxury Property Specialists will be held in Los Angeles on June 5-7 at the Fairmont Century Plaza. Luxury professionals from across the world will be coming together to build and foster new relationships and learn from top agents in multiple markets. Engage content will be unlike anything else, focused solely on the luxury sector with a featured keynote speaker. 

What's different about Engage?

Content is curated solely for luxury agents, with topics and information to propel your business.  Additionally, we want to provide a unique opportunity to network and connect with other Global Luxury agents throughout the world. 

Where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place in the brand-new conference space at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.  We are also planning an incredible off-site event (transportation and details will be provided as the event gets closer).

What is the cost of registration?

Priority Registration Package – $799 (through May 15) 

Main Registration Package – $849 (May 16 – onsite)

I am not yet Global Luxury Certified. Can I register to attend?

Right now, the event is being held for Luxury Property Specialists who have earned the designation through transaction criteria, taken the certification course and applied to the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  To find out more about earning the designation and for information about the next certification course, please visit Desk. Who is the keynote speaker?

We'll have more information to share about this in the coming weeks.

If I wanted to stay at a different property, am I able to?

Yes. Please note that we have only contracted negotiated rates at the Fairmont Century Plaza.

Are there certain portions of the event that will be virtual?

Not at this time.  The event will only be held in person.

What are the current health guidelines in Los Angeles?

Please note that currently, vaccination or testing requirements persist in some Los Angeles venues. The location of the final night reception requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Visitors will also need to show a picture ID in association with their vaccination or test details. Proof of vaccination can be digital, QR code link, paper, or copy of the vaccination card. COVID-19 tests will not be available on site at the event. All COVID-19 tests are at the attendee’s own expense The event, agenda and entry requirements are subject to change, as our top priority is the health and safety of our attendees. 

Can team members or spouses attend?

Team members are welcome and encouraged to register, so long as they also have the Global Luxury certification criteria. 

Can I arrive earlier in Los Angeles? Or stay later?

Yes. We contracted rates at the Fairmont should you wish to extend your stay or arrive early. Please visit the accommodations page for more information

What is the cancellation policy?
